We take no responsibility and assume no liability for content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.

4. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product, item, or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans that involve recurring payments. However, we do not offer a free trial for our subscription plans.

6. Cancellation Policy / Politique d’annulation

English: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For tournament registrations, cancellation rules are set by the tournament organizers and are subject to their specific terms.

Français : Les abonnements peuvent être annulés à tout moment via les paramètres de votre compte. L’annulation prendra effet à la fin du cycle de facturation en cours. Pour les inscriptions aux tournois, les règles d’annulation sont définies par les organisateurs des tournois et sont soumises à leurs conditions spécifiques.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds / Conditions de retour, d’échange et de remboursement

English: We strive to ensure a fair experience for all users:

• Digital Items & Services: Purchases of virtual assets, digital items, or virtual currency are final and non-refundable.
• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the billing cycle ends.
• Refunds & Exchanges: Refund requests for tournament registration fees must be addressed directly to the tournament organizer. If a tournament is cancelled by the platform, a refund of the entry fee will be issued.

Français : Nous nous efforçons de garantir une expérience équitable pour tous les utilisateurs :

• Produits et services numériques : Les achats de biens virtuels, d’articles numériques ou de monnaie virtuelle sont définitifs et non remboursables.
• Abonnements : Les frais d’abonnement ne sont pas remboursables. En cas d’annulation, vous conserverez l’accès aux services jusqu’à la fin du cycle de facturation.
• Remboursements et échanges : Les demandes de remboursement des frais d’inscription aux tournois doivent être adressées directement à l’organisateur du tournoi. Si un tournoi est annulé par la plateforme, les frais d’inscription seront remboursés.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Defendr and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Defendr.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

We do not use feedback or suggestions provided by users without compensation or credits given.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
